They have held positions at various organizations, including Labcorp and Children's Hospitals and Clinics of Minnesota, where they developed and enforced effective safety procedures. Their expertise encompasses conducting security plans for special events, high-target facilities, and hospitals, as well as implementing advanced security measures using various software and reporting tools. Ted has successfully led multiple teams, driven significant projects to enhance security infrastructure, and ensured compliance with regulatory standards throughout their career. Currently, Ted serves as Vice President of the Rockbridge Community Association while continuing their role at Labcorp.
