Thomas Campos-Samitsch

Thomas Campos-Samitsch is a Lead Scientist at Labcorp, specializing in anatomic pathology and histology. Previously, they served as a Staff Scientist I, advancing automated IHC and ISH oncology biomarker assays while overseeing global CDx studies and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Thomas has held various roles in research and development, including positions at Bio SB, Inc. and Vascular BioSciences, where they contributed to pre-clinical drug development and molecular diagnostics. They earned a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Biotechnology from Management Center Innsbruck, both with honors. Thomas has also gained experience as an international student advisor and civil service EMT.
