Tracy Arakaki

Tracy Arakaki, PhD, PMP, PBA, is a seasoned scientific professional with extensive experience in clinical project management and drug development. As a Global Clinical Project Manager at Labcorp Drug Development since November 2016, Tracy has successfully accelerated clinical trial timelines, enhancing project delivery and achieving significant operational cost savings. Previously, Tracy held roles at UCB, first as a Manager of Business Development, where strategic initiatives drove growth through key account acquisitions, and then as a Project Manager in Structural Biology, leading high-impact collaborations and advancing fragment-based drug discovery. Early career experiences at academic institutions, including the University of Washington and Boston University School of Medicine, involved ground-breaking research in protein structures and therapeutic developments. Tracy holds a PhD in Biochemistry from Brandeis University and possesses a solid foundation in scientific research and project management.
