Ben Elbaz

Ben Elbaz is a technology and data science executive who is currently an advisor at Label R.

Ben began their career at BlackRock in 2016 as the global head of Aladdin Client & Sales Solutions. In this role, they managed a team of hundreds of engineers, data scientists, UX designers, product managers, and business development executives.

Under Ben's leadership, the technology & data science ecosystem powering all of BlackRock’s client businesses globally was developed. This included the successful development of a large part of BlackRock's Aladdin Wealth platform & sales technology. The client technology offerings and internal capabilities generated billions in annual client flows, high single to double digit productivity gains in most areas, and significant efficiencies.

In addition to their work at BlackRock, Ben has been involved in a variety of external partnership and investment opportunities, including Envestnet (4.9% stake) and FutureAdvisor (acquired in 2016).

Ben Elbaz has a degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Supaero. Ben also has a degree in Financial Mathematics & Capital Markets from the Toulouse School of Economics. Ben is certified from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in Series 99.
