Mauro Mortali is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy development and coaching. Currently serving as Senior Partner for the Strategy Practice at Cambridge Management Consulting, Mauro oversees strategic projects and team management. Additionally, Mauro holds positions as a Non-Executive Director for Ofcom, Advisor and Mentor at Label Sessions, and Founder & Chief Narrative Officer at Cross The Threshold Ltd. From 2004 to 2023, Mauro held various senior roles at BT, including Senior Manager for Public Sector Strategy and Space Strategy, where strategic initiatives significantly impacted the UK. Mauro is also an active member of the Board of Trustees for Relate and possesses advanced degrees in coaching and management from Henley Business School and Bayes Business School, alongside a BA from the University of Bristol.
