Matthew Kent is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy and planning, currently serving as the VP of Strategy & Planning at Labelium. As a co-founder and board member of Humanly, Matthew plays a key role in shaping organizational direction. Previous roles include Media Strategy Director and Account Director at Jellyfish, where Matthew also co-led the racial equity employee resource group (JFIC). Additionally, Matthew co-founded Thunderstrike Digital, serving as Head of Strategy, and was Director of Digital Marketing & eCommerce at the YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago. Matthew holds a BA in Marketing from Florida Atlantic University, complemented by early education at Marquette University High School.
