Co-Founder & CEO at Labfront

Chris Peng has a diverse work experience that spans from 2005 to 2021. In 2005, they worked as a Summer Research Student at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Brookline, where they created and updated home web pages, processed data for patients, and compiled inventories and databases. In 2013, they worked as a Software Engineering Intern at NetBrain Technologies Inc., where they wrote drivers to support new hardware and met with clients and customers to find out specific networking needs. In 2014, they worked as a Design Intern/Software Development Intern at HTC, where they participated in UI/UX design and development for multiple projects, UX research on users, and planning process for health product. In 2015, they worked as a Managing Partner & Head of Product at Kiipo Design, where they were responsible for creating the agency and building it up to 20 team members serving clients in mainland China and Taiwan. That same year, they also worked as a Product Manager at Nordic Medical Centre, where they designed the protocol for localized emergency services customized to Ethiopia, and developed the current generation Android Applications for Ambulances and Members. In 2018, they became a Board Member and Co-founder & President at Nonprofit PhysioQ. In 2019, they started the initial idea of what would become Labfront, which was officially established in 2021. Since launching, Labfront has been trusted by researchers from over 50+ top institutions. In 2021, they began working as a Health Fellow (ODH1) at On Deck.

Chris Peng attended McGill University from 2010 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Software Engineering before dropping out.
