Patrick Cansler has over 20 years of professional experience in a variety of roles. From 1997 to 2001, they served as a Cryptologic Technician in the United States Navy. From 2001 to 2005, they worked as a Support Technician for Fujitsu. From 2005 to 2011, they were a Support Engineer for Schnuck Markets, Inc. During this time, they provided on-site resolution of trouble tickets across a division of 12 grocery stores, 10 pharmacies, 8 fuel centers, and a regional office. From 2011 to 2012, they were a Store Co-Manager at Kroger, where they assisted in managing a store location comprised of 180 employees and reviewed profit/loss statements and managed assigned budgets. From 2012 to 2016, they were an Associate Services Engineer at NCR, where they conducted over 25 implementations of NCR's hosted e-commerce solution and developed and conducted a training program to instruct channel partners/resellers on how to provide their own implementations of the e-commerce solution. Since 2020, they have been a LIMS Engineer at LabLynx, Inc. (LabLynx LIMS).
Patrick Cansler obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) in Computer Engineering Technology from Southwest Tennessee Community College between 2002 and 2007. Patrick then went on to receive a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Technical Management from DeVry University between 2007 and 2008. Additionally, they hold a certification in A+ from CompTIA.
