Gian Ricchezza is the Chief Business Officer and Co-Founder of LaborFirst, where they are responsible for developing and implementing business initiatives that enhance the company’s position in the Retiree Healthcare Marketplace. Growing up in a third-generation union household instilled in them a deep appreciation for healthcare benefits, driving their commitment to providing superior solutions for union retirees. Prior to their current role, Gian held various positions, including Assistant Fund Administrator at Fireman & Oilers Local and Financial Professional at Karr Barth Associates. They are fully licensed in Life & Health Insurance and are dedicated to community involvement, particularly in raising awareness for diseases like Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s.
