Laborup is solving the labor crisis across the U.S. industrial base. We use AI to transform how manufacturers hire, connecting companies with vetted, skilled workers faster and more efficiently than ever before. By eliminating friction in the hiring process, we help manufacturers fill critical roles, keep production on track, and strengthen America’s workforce.

The industrial economy is in crisis. Manufacturers are crippled by labor shortages, struggling to find the skilled workers they need. By 2030, 2.1 million manufacturing jobs will go unfilled, leaving supply chains vulnerable and production stalled.

This isn’t just an economic issue—it’s a national security threat. The defense industry, critical infrastructure, and manufacturers that keep America running cannot operate without a reliable workforce. Meanwhile, outdated, expensive hiring models are failing. Companies spend months trying to fill roles, only to face high turnover and costly delays.

We believe manufacturers and workers everywhere deserve better.
