Roee Vakrat

Roee Vakrat is an experienced technology professional currently serving as the Drivers and Go Products Team Lead at LabOS since May 2018. In this role, Roee is responsible for the development and enhancement of new and existing analyzer drivers, leading the Go team in designing and implementing Golang modules, and overseeing the development of a REST-based demographic queries system for interactions with the Ministry of Health's hospitals. Prior to this, Roee worked as a Drivers Developer, creating C++ modules for medical machinery and addressing driver malfunctions, and as an Interfaces Developer, developing modules for transforming XML medical information into HTML. Roee also held the position of Research Assistant at the Edmond and Lily Safra Center from 2013 to 2015. Roee holds a Bachelor's degree in Cognitive Sciences and Biology from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, as well as a certificate from the Advanced Developers Workshop at Experis Software.
