Sefi Brand

Sefi Brand has a strong background and extensive experience in various roles within different companies. In 2005, they started their career at LabOS as a Developer before progressing to become the Development Team Leader, overseeing web products and reporting mechanisms. In 2011, they took on the role of Head of Professional Services and Customer Success, leading implementation projects and acting as the point of escalation for customers.

In 2015, Sefi founded their own startup, Picota Ltd., where they served as the CEO and Co-Founder. Sefi invented and created technology to select the best frame from a series of similar photos to optimize phone storage. During this time, they also filed a patent application for the technology.

From 2017 to 2018, Sefi worked at STMS, where they managed the international clients and led the Professional Services and Customer Success department. Sefi ensured client satisfaction by delivering product specifications, training on new features, and handling customer requests.

In 2018, Sefi joined AlgoZ - Liquidity Solutions as the VP of Clients, establishing a new customer success department. Sefi recruited, trained, and managed a team of customer success managers in the cryptocurrency space, defining their role and creating structured working procedures.

Most recently, Sefi returned to LabOS in 2019 as the VP of Clients where they continue to contribute their expertise and skills.

Sefi Brand attended Reichman University from 2003 to 2006 and obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Computer Science. During the same period, Sefi also earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science from the same university.
