Alex Mitchell

Alex Mitchell serves as the Regional Director for the Labour Party in the South West of England, a role held since January 2017. With a background in campaign organization, Alex has experience as a Regional Organiser, Acting Head of Regional Governance & Local Government, and Project Manager focusing on engagement with football supporters. Previous positions include Parliamentary Advisor at the House of Commons, supporting newly elected Labour MPs, and key roles in local Labour campaigns that resulted in significant electoral successes. Alex's early experience includes working as a Caseworker for multiple MPs and managing events for the Union of Brunel Students. Alex holds a Bachelor of Science in Politics from Brunel University and has a solid educational foundation from Rainhill High School.
