Stephen Brain

Stephen Brain is an experienced consultant and business director with a diverse background spanning the charity, community, non-profit, public, and private sectors across the EU. Stephen has served as a consultant at both Lowick and Lowich Group Ltd since May 2022 and has been the owner and business director of Brain Associates since February 1998, specializing in advocacy and representation to the EC and EU. As a Labour Councillor for the Royal Borough of Greenwich since 2014, Stephen has also held various governance roles in educational institutions and conducted independent reviews for the National Institute for Health Research. Academic qualifications include an MA in English Language and The Arts from the University of Sussex and a B.Ed in English and Education from Goldsmiths College, University of London. Additionally, Stephen manages the music career of Isabella Brain, overseeing financial management and industry relations.
