Kinga Chojnacka started their work experience in 2010 as a Deputy Debt Collection Specialist at DHL, where they were responsible for debt collection, bookkeeping, and archiving financial documentation. In 2013, they worked as an intern at the Archive of the State in Poznan. In 2016, they became a Key Account Manager at Lingua Smart. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at RESET2 as a Key Account Sales Specialist and later as a Sales Specialist for Key Clients. In 2022, they joined Labplus as a UX Designer & Researcher and Digital Marketing Specialist. Kinga is also the owner of ONBRAVO.

Kinga Chojnacka completed their education in a chronological manner. From 2013 to 2015, they attended Uniwersytet im. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2013, they pursued their Licencjat (Lic.) degree in Socjoekonomika at the same university. Before their university studies, they attended II Liceum Ogólnokształcące im. Tadeusza Kościuszki w Kaliszu from 2007 to 2010, focusing on a profile related to journalism and law.

In addition to their formal education, Kinga Chojnacka has obtained various certifications. In 2022, they acquired an EF SET English Level Certificate from EF English First. Kinga also completed a course on Internet Marketing Skills titled "Umiejętności Jutra. Marketing Internetowy" offered by Google in July 2022. In October 2021, they received certifications in "Podstawy marketingu internetowego," "Google Analytics dla początkujących," "Google Analytics dla zaawansowanych," "Podstawy Menedżera tagów Google," and "Kwalifikacja indywidualna Google Analytics" from Google. Furthermore, Kinga Chojnacka attended several professional development programs offered by Progress Project. In October 2017, they obtained certifications in "Asertywność w relacjach biznesowych" and "Stres w pracy zawodowej." Additionally, in June 2017, they completed a program titled "Trudny klient - umiejętności porozumiewania się i obsługa reklamacji," and in September 2016, they acquired a certification in "Tricki negocjacyjne."
