Mélissa Nicole has a diverse background in customer experience and internal sales, currently serving as Lead Canada at Labrie Environmental Group since 2025. Previously, Mélissa held various roles including Internal Sales Representative for Québec and the Maritimes, and Coordinator of Customer Service at Labrie Enviroquip Group. With experience as a Director of Accommodation at both Grand Times Hôtel and Quality Inn & Suites, Mélissa has developed strong management skills in the hospitality industry. Mélissa also holds multiple certificates from Université Laval, including in Project Management and Consumer Relationship Management, further enhancing their expertise in business operations.
