LabRobot Products AB is a Swedish company part of AddLife that produces and distributes the Dilucup® System, an ergonomic alternative to dilution tubes and the vortex mixer. 

The Dilucup® System consists of ready-to-use dilution cups pre-filled with 9 mL of sterile diluent, which are used together with a dedicated shaker: Dilugent® Shaker or Dilushaker III.

How to use it:
1. Place the Dilucups blister on top of the Dilugent® Shaker and open the Dilucups you are going to use.
2. Add 1 mL of the sample to be diluted into the first green Dilucup® that is flashing.
3. Wave your hand in front of the sensor or use the foot pedal to activate vortex-like agitation.
4. Take 1 mL from that Dilucup® and transfer it to the next one.
5. Repeat the process until you obtain the desired dilution.

Dilugent® Shaker guides the user with colours and indicates which Dilucup® should be used to dilute or plate its contents.
