Senior Director, Creative Services at Labroots

Liz Sears has been with Labroots for eight years, starting as a Senior Graphic Designer and working their way up to Senior Director of Creative Services. Liz is responsible for the development of virtual event strategies, managing internal client relationships, and overseeing the quality of the creative work generated in-house or through external resources. Managing the design department, Liz and their team work hand in hand with leading manufacturers of the life science and clinical diagnostics industry, like Thermo Fisher, Beckman Coulter, Roche and GE Healthcare as a strategic partner in creating compelling and educational custom events, webinars, and virtual events curated for intellectual and technical audiences. Additionally, Liz is hands on creating and managing communications across multiple interactive and visual mediums, including print, digital, video, social, email, e-commewwrce/store and marketing channels. Under Liz's guidance, theLabroots design team has won Best in Biz awards for Creative Department of the Year in 2016, Silver; 2017, Silver; 2018, Bronze.

Liz Sears has a degree from San Diego State University in Art with an emphasis in Graphic Design and distinction in Art. Liz also has a degree from American River College in Design Technology. Additionally, they have completed the Yale SOM Executive Education program in Business Perspectives for Creative Leaders.

The team of Liz Sears, Senior Director, Creative Services, is responsible for the creation and execution of the company's marketing and communications strategy. This includes developing creative campaigns, managing public relations and social media, and producing events. The team also works closely with the sales team to ensure that key accounts are properly supported.
