Bea Faran has had a diverse and extensive work experience. Bea started their career in 2006 with the Israel Defense Forces, where they served as a Field Intelligence, Battalion Social Conditions NCO until 2008. After that, they worked as a Hebrew Teacher at Lamdeni Hebrew School in 2008-2009. In 2011, Bea became a Production Manager at Kooperman Productions and later transitioned to the role of Production Coordinator at Jacky Bahar Productions from February to May 2012.
In 2012, Bea joined Havat Ronit as an Events & Customer Experience Manager, where they stayed until August 2016. Following that, they worked at Hacktic as an Operations Manager from July to November 2017. Bea then moved to LABS, initially working as an Event Space & Community Manager from December 2017 to February 2019. Bea was later promoted to Team Leader - Events & Community in March 2019 until June 2020. Currently, Bea holds the position of Senior Operations Manager at LABS, starting from June 2020.
Bea Faran completed their Bachelor's Degree in Communications at Reichman University from 2010 to 2013. After that, they pursued a Master's Degree in Organizational Sociology at Bar-Ilan University from 2014 to 2016.
