Matthias Heim

Matthias Heim is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in AI strategy and product management, currently serving as the Founder and Chief AI Strategist at Lailix since July 2024. Prior to this role, Matthias has been with Labster since May 2014, initially as a Simulation Director and progressing to roles including AI Solution Specialist, Senior Product Manager, and Product Owner for a virtual learning platform, where responsibilities included driving innovation, defining product requirements, and bridging business goals with AI capabilities. Matthias holds a Master's Degree in Plant Molecular Biology from ETH Zürich and has a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from the National University of Singapore.
