Mike Ulanski

Mike Ulanski is a seasoned learning experience designer with extensive expertise in instructional design and employee development. Currently serving as a Senior Learning Experience Designer at Labster, Mike has previously held senior roles at Amazon as a Senior Learning & Development Specialist, where responsibilities included restructuring learning paths for pan-European HR teams. His experience encompasses leading international instructional design projects at Adjust, directing educational initiatives at Mojochat, and transforming the public school system in Abu Dhabi at Alef Education. With a foundation in curriculum development and a Master’s degree in Educational, Instructional, and Curriculum Design, Mike has contributed to diverse educational settings, from K-12 environments to corporate training initiatives.
