Sarah Stauffer

Head of Content, Virtual Laboratory Simulations at Labster

Sarah Stauffer is a biochemist and virologist who currently heads the content department for Virtual Laboratory Simulations at Labster. Prior to this, they were a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Zurich in the Department of Biochemistry, where they worked on understanding cellular remodeling of biomacromolecules and the structure-function relations of large protein machines during cellular processes. Sarah has also worked as a visiting scientist at Nagoya University and as a PhD student in Cell Biology and Virology at ETH Zurich.

Sarah Stauffer has a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Biochemistry and Cell Biology from ETH Zürich. Sarah also has a Master's degree in Molecular Biosciences - Infectious Diseases from Heidelberg University, and a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Heidelberg University.
