Construction
Labti delivers world-class engineering & construction services. We execute construction projects in all sectors of Real Estate (Commercial Buildings, Residential Buildings, and homes).

We hold our staff and subcontractors to the highest international standards and pay very close attention to detail. Our work is a responsibility that we carry with pride.

Real Estate Development
We develop our projects and bring ideas to reality.

Empty plots of land are developed to become commercial and residential projects meeting specific needs of the community.

Property Management
Our Property Management services are divided into several categories.

► Rental management to assure high occupancy at competitive rates.

► Building management to assure its functioning and tenant comfort.

► Purchase and Sale activity.

Investment
We mostly invest in real estate funds. Our investments generate an average of 10% annual income paid on a quarterly and semi-annually basis. Our average strategy is over the term of 3 to 5 years and we increase our capital by approx. 20% upon exit. Our private equity investment strategy is usually to the same standards, but with higher returns of approx. 20% to 25% per annum.

The returns of our investments help us cover the cost of our real estate development projects.

We cover local and international markets to find the best options. Our objective is realized through technical analysis and years of experience.

Import & Distribution
We import and distribute various products from around the world after analysis of supply and demand.
