Nick Regan

Nick Regan has over ten years of experience in the recruiting industry. Nick is currently the Managing Director of Delivery at LABUR, where they have been since September 2019. Prior to that, they were a Consultant Care Manager at Softworld from June 2017 to September 2019. In this role, Nick was responsible for leading all aspects and activities of Softworld's Consultant Care Program. Nick also functioned as the primary point of contact during consultant on-boarding, and was responsible for actively recruiting, maintaining & fostering relationships. Nick was successful in partnering with leadership on the successful delivery of key accounts.

Before their role at Softworld, Nick was the Recruiting Team Lead & Operations Manager at Overture Partners from July 2009 to June 2017. Nick was a 2014 President's Club winner and a perennial top three producer and Microsoft sector lead. In this role, Nick was responsible for full life-cycle technical recruiting and team leadership. Nick also set, published and updated daily priorities for the recruiting team, and acted as the recruiting point of contact to hiring managers and key client contacts. Nick was also the recruiting SME across application development, software engineering, UI/UX design & development, database development, business intelligence, data warehousing, project management, and business systems analysis.

Nick Regan went to Ridgefield High School and then Northeastern University for Business Management and Human Resources.
