Greg Marshall has worked in the technology field for over 30 years. Greg began their career in 1989 as the owner of Marshall Services. In 1995, they took on the role of Computer Program Coordinator at Whatcom Community College. Greg was then promoted to Director of Community Education in 2002, and also took on the roles of Special Projects: Technology Training & Assistance, Director of Elearning, and Special Assignment: Elearning Task Force. In 2009, they were a Host at Thinkbiz, and in 2012 they became the Director of Business Development at Aceware Systems. In 2014, they became the Digital Content Creator / Lead Author at Labyrinth Learning. Finally, in 2016, they became the Information Technology Manager at Taylor Freelance. Throughout their career, they have worked on various projects for small business and 2-year colleges, created digital content, advised on upcoming technology issues, and provided marketing, technology, and management services. Greg has also authored four books, given keynote speeches and workshops, and worked as a freelance consultant.

Greg Marshall obtained their BA in Information Technology Management from Western Governors University in 2004. Greg also holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from the same institution. In 2014, they completed two certifications from the Google Academy: Digital Analytics Fundamentals and Google Analytics Platform Principles.
