Dheeraj Kumar

Dheeraj Kumar is a design manager at LACASA. Dheeraj has over 9 years of experience in leading multiple project teams to deliver a complete range of design and project management services to corporate clients in the Middle East and India. Dheeraj has developed and produced conceptual and detailed designs, coordinated and managed the interior, structural, MEP and landscape design consultants and contractors through the project life cycle up to completion and handover. Dheeraj has also liaisoned with the Local Statutory Authorities for project design approvals/ building permits and developed project feasibility reports. In addition, they have carried out site coordination, prepared project schedules and ensured the deliverables were met by all stakeholders as per the project planning schedule. Dheeraj has also been responsible for client presentations and project bids as part of the business development activities.

Dheeraj Kumar has a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the Indian Institute of Architects and a specialization in Architecture from Rao Tula Ram College of Technical Education.
