Patrick Bean

Patrick Bean has over 10 years of experience in the design industry, specializing in hospitality and mixed-use developments. Patrick is currently the Design Director at LACASA, a position they have held since 2014. Prior to that, they were the Principal Designer at SSH Design from February 2014 to November 2015.

Some of their notable projects include the Banyan Tree and Angsana Resort in Oman, The Marina Waterfront Development in Kuwait featuring a shopping centre, marina, hotel and resort, and seafront public park, cafes and restaurants, and the Sheikh Jaber Al Ahmed Cultural Centre in Kuwait City, Kuwait. Projects designed and under construction by Patrick Bean are valued in excess of 20 million dollars.

Patrick Bean has a MA in Design from The Manchester Metropolitan University and a BA Hons 2:1 in 3D Design from Mancheter polytechnic.
