Lace Village is a vibrant mixed-use complex where Scranton’s history meets modern living. Built on the restored foundation of the historic Scranton Lace Company, this 11-acre revitalization project by Lace Building Affiliates LP preserves nine original buildings dating back to 1901. Each structure has been thoughtfully reimagined for today’s residents and businesses. Centered around the iconic clock tower at Nottingham Square, Lace Village blends residential apartments, townhomes, and retail spaces with unique amenities, including restaurants, a spa, yoga studio, marketplace, pickleball courts, dog park, and direct access to the Lackawanna Heritage River Trail.

Designed for connection, creativity, and convenience, Lace Village offers a one-of-a-kind setting to live, work, and grow in the heart of Scranton, PA.
