Lacen Belder is a specialist construction company focused on remedial and rectification works, helping clients diagnose and resolve complex building issues.
We operate where buildings fail - addressing defects, non-compliances, water ingress, structural deterioration, and fire safety issues - delivering clear, practical, and durable solutions.

WHAT SETS US APART?
Investigation-first approach
We don’t guess - we diagnose.
Our team delivers detailed investigation, testing, and reporting, giving clients a clear understanding of:
•	Root cause
•	Extent of damage
•	Risks
•	Recommended solutions
Clients can take our reports to tender or engage us directly.
