Mission Statement: To empower athletes beyond sports by providing a dedicated networking platform that connects them with leaders and employers — creating opportunities for career growth and lifelong success.

LaceUP is THE professional networking platform built exclusively by athletes, for athletes. LaceUP provides an athlete-first community that solves the career transition challenge by connecting student-athletes with trusted professionals and resources. Our commitment is to be the infrastructure of the athlete economy — the hub where athletes gain visibility, mentorship, and opportunities, while businesses and recruiters access a motivated, disciplined talent pool. Our goal is to become the global platform where athletes and businesses intersect.
