A biotechnology company that provides the brewing world with GMO-free yeasts that deliver new flavors, in record brewing times. These yeasts, originally found in wasps and bumblebees, create award-winning commercial beers, ciders, so much more. This patent-pending barrel-aging without the barrel (or the aging) technology was discovered at North Carolina State University and led to the first commercialized lactic acid yeast for brewing. As featured on PBS NewsHour and mentioned in The Wall Street Journal, Scientific American, and National Geographic.
