Prior to this, Robert held similar traffic control roles at Altus Group and served as a Staff Allocation Officer at Sydney Ferries, managing ferry crews and re-rostering functions. Robert's career includes significant experience in crew rostering at Qube Logistics and Independent Rail, focusing on compliance with industry regulations and fatigue management. Additionally, Robert worked as a Crew Coordinator at Pacific National, overseeing train service crews, and as a Locomotive Driver Trainer at FreightCorp, providing training for trainee locomotive drivers. Robert began a career in rail transport at Freightrail/State Rail Authority, advancing from Trainee Engineman to Driver Trainer.
