At Lackon, we are committed to delivering projects that achieve real results for our clients, underpinned by technical expertise, commercial insight, and a proven track record across a wide range of industries. With the capability to deliver programs and projects nationwide, and the added strength of our Far North Queensland presence through our Cairns office, we provide responsive, on-the-ground support to regional and remote communities as well as metropolitan centres.

Our service offering spans the entire project lifecycle—from strategic planning, feasibility studies, and design management through to procurement, construction delivery, superintendence, and project verification. This end-to-end capability ensures that our clients have a single, trusted partner driving governance, compliance, and value throughout the process.

Specialising in complex and high-risk projects, we work with both public and private sector clients to deliver objective, outcome-driven solutions. Our expertise covers infrastructure, transport, aviation, water, energy, community facilities, and disaster recovery programs, enabling us to successfully manage capital works programs exceeding hundreds of millions in value.

By combining local presence with national capability, Lackon offers clients unrivalled confidence that their projects will be delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards—no matter the scale or location.
