Jorge Cano is a Senior Software Architect at LACNIC, bringing over twenty years of experience in developing and managing DNS services and Internet-related technologies. Jorge's career began at NIC Mexico, where they contributed to registry software and designed a DNSSEC system, later leading the research and development lab. At Packet Clearing House, Jorge managed the DNS service platform, including a FIPS 140-2 Level 4 DNSSEC key management platform. Jorge holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering and a Master's degree in E-Commerce from Tecnol贸gico de Monterrey, and has contributed to various open source networking projects.
