Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Auto Meter Products as Materials Manager and Division Plant Manager, where Gregory was credited with saving the company in preparation for acquisition. Early career roles include Plant Manager at Harden Industries and various supervisory positions at Cherry Textron, culminating as Focus Factory Manager at Cherry Rivet Division of Textron.
