In 2009, Ms. Snow co-founded the largest milk donor platform in the world, enabling excess human milk to get from healthy moms to babies in need. Under Ms. Snow’s leadership, donor moms found a place where their time, effort, and money spent on their pump and supplies was valued while recipient infants received nutrition only human breast milk could give.
