Hi, I’m Rocío!

I’m a marketer turned career coach, passionate about helping professionals achieve clarity and fulfillment by identifying the "missing pieces" in their careers.

Why Lacuna? The word "lacuna" comes from Latin, meaning gap or missing piece. This concept reflects my coaching philosophy and personal story.

During my 18-year corporate career, I experienced both success and challenges. Yet, even at my best, I often felt that something was missing. That persistent feeling of a lacuna led me on a journey of self-discovery. By aligning my career with my values and dreams, I found clarity, confidence, and courage—and transformed my life.

Today, I help others do the same. Through personalized 1:1 virtual coaching sessions, I guide clients in deepening self-awareness, fostering growth, and aligning their goals with their unique aspirations and circumstances.

**Have you ever felt a sense of “lacuna” in your career?**
- You’ve achieved success but wonder if this is really “all.”
- The work you once loved no longer fulfills you.
- You want to do something different but don’t know where to start.
- You’re unsure who you’d be without your current role.
- You struggle to sell yourself or grow despite feedback and effort.

If any of this resonates, let’s connect! I’d love to help you uncover your “missing piece” and transform your professional journey.
