Eric Roche is a visionary strategic leader and program innovator with over 20 years of experience in operations management, leadership development, and community engagement within the non-profit and higher education sectors. Previously, they served as the Executive Director of Red Arrow Camp for Boys, achieving significant enrollment growth and high parent satisfaction while emphasizing youth empowerment through outdoor experiences. Currently, Roche is the Director of Clinical and Therapeutic Services at Lad Lake, where they support at-risk youth and families in overcoming trauma.
