Gonul Demir

Gonul Demir is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and training. Currently serving as a Formatrice at LADAPT since January 2023, Gonul Demir prepares and facilitates collective training actions and personalizes training pathways for learners. Previously, Gonul Demir completed an eight-month training program to become a professional adult trainer at Konsulto, which involved hands-on experience through internships. Over several years at Groupe Beaumanoir, Groupe ETAM, and Camaieu, Gonul Demir managed teams ranging from 6 to 8 members, focusing on personnel training, recruitment, commercial operations planning, stock management, and leadership. Gonul Demir also holds a certification in office skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel, obtained from IRFA in early 2022.
