Since October 2014, Romain Perot has served as Chargé de développement at LADAPT, focusing on diagnostics, advice, and support for businesses, associations, and public organizations regarding disability policies, alongside commercial development and partnership management. Prior to this role, Romain Perot worked as a Conseiller emploi at UNIRH - CAP EMPLOI 93 from 2008 to 2014, providing professional integration and recruitment advice specifically for individuals with disabilities. Romain Perot also has experience as Chargé de mission IOD at AMPHIA CONSEIL ET FORMATION from 2005 to 2008, assisting a public distanced from employment. Romain Perot holds a Master's degree in Marketing and Communication and a DEUG in Management Economics from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL.

Nous disposons de divers activités et établissements dans toute la France au service des personnes handicapées : médecine physique et réadaptation, scolarisation, services d’accompagnement, centres de formation professionnelle, ESAT, parrainages individuels, partenariats avec de nombreuses entreprises.
