Benjamin Hatmaker

Benjamin Hatmaker is an experienced professional in post-production and customer experience within the media industry. Currently serving as a CX at Ladder Insurance since January 2022, Benjamin previously worked at WarnerMedia from December 2017 to January 2022 as a Network Post Production Coordinator, where responsibilities included managing relationships with key production talent and implementing efficient workflows across numerous networks for HBO Max, TNT, TBS, and truTV.
