Alberto Martinez

Alberto Martinez, MBA, PE, currently serves as the Supervisor of the Geotechnical Engineering Group at the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power since December 2017, where responsibilities include preparing geotechnical reports and developing field investigations for capital improvement projects. Previous positions include Civil Engineer at Naval Facilities Engineering Command, where cost analysis and budgeting for construction proposals were key functions, and Associate Engineer for SouthWest Water Company, overseeing the construction of a significant steel tank. Alberto holds a Master of Business Administration from USC Marshall School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
