Andrew Paramo

Andrew Paramo is a Civil Engineering Drafting Technician at the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power since September 2025. Prior experience includes serving as Art/Creative Director and Graphic Designer at Clear Channel Outdoor from July 2019 to September 2025, where Andrew developed engaging design concepts and provided creative advisory services.
