Cara C. is a Civil Engineering Associate at the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power since June 2021. Previously, Cara served as a Student Engineer for the City of Los Angeles from May 2019 to April 2021 and held an internship as a Water Resources Engineering Intern at Tetra Tech during the summer of 2019.
