Christopher Lemarr

Christopher LeMarr is an experienced professional in human resources and process improvement, currently serving at the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power since December 2017, where progression has been achieved from Utility Administrator I to III. Responsibilities include managing HR ERP project initiatives and leading a team to implement training and process changes.
