Eric M. Yoshida, P.E., LEED AP, ENV SP, is a Civil Engineering Associate at the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power since December 2008, specializing in the review of Board-awarded Invitation-for-Bids and the maintenance of specifications for various engineering projects.
