Frank He

Frank Frank is a Civil Engineering Associate at the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP) since July 2018. Previously, Frank gained experience as an Engineering Aide at the East Bay Municipal Utility District (EBMUD) from April 2017 to May 2018. In 2016, Frank interned at AnchorCM in Construction and Project Management for one month and completed an engineering internship at Elemental LED during the summer of 2015. Frank holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, earned in 2018.
