Hakop Chilingaryan

Hakop Chilingaryan, MBA, has a diverse background in management and analysis, with recent experience as a Utility Administrator and Management Analyst at the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power in November 2023. Prior to this role, Chilingaryan served as a Management Assistant for the City of Los Angeles from April 2016 to September 2017 and subsequently as a Management Analyst at the City of Los Angeles Bureau of Engineering from September 2017 to April 2018.
