Harold McCarthy

Harold McCarthy, PMP, is an experienced management analyst and consultant with a strong background in project lifecycle management and operations implementation. Currently employed at the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power since January 2016, Harold has held roles as a buyer and assistant buyer, focusing on the Water division. Concurrently, as the proprietor of HRM Consulting since January 2014, Harold has provided consultation to clients such as Structure Networks and SoCal Gas on regulatory finance, data analysis, and project management. With over 20 years of experience at Edison International in various project management roles, Harold has successfully managed regulatory and non-regulatory projects, demonstrating proficiency in communication, risk management, and cross-functional team leadership. Additional experience includes managing customer service efforts at Southern California Gas Company and hosting accommodations at Airbnb. Harold holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management and multiple certifications, including Project Management Professional (PMP).
