Jacky Lu

Jacky Lu is an accomplished Senior Programmer Analyst at the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, focusing on modernizing Facilities Management systems to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs. Previous experience includes roles as a Systems Analyst at LA Sanitation & Environment, where Jacky supported and maintained business applications and developed a web portal for permitting, and as an Applications Programmer with the City of Los Angeles, creating ADA-compliant websites. Additional work as a GIS Analyst involved automating solid waste route mapping, while earlier positions encompassed election support and a student role within the GIS Unit of the Los Angeles Fire Department. Jacky Lu holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from California State University, Los Angeles, and is pursuing an MBA at USC Marshall School of Business.
